Hi Claire,
I tried to get in touch with you by leaving a message at your offices just after Andrew passed away. I take it you never received it. I have also tried to get hold of your email address from your offices but with no success.
I was a good friend and colleague of Andrew’s at Telkom. I was the Chief Technical Officer over Andrew for a number of years and as a friend we often played Tennis and Squash together. I was the person who encouraged Andrew to get out of Telkom as he was light years ahead of that game and need to focus on his own talent by reaching for the stars and entering the private sector. That is exactly what he did and he never looked back. I always found Andrew to be a very honest person always reaching out to help others and he could be trusted 100%.
I was very sorry to hear the news of Andrew’s passing at the time.
